Return/Exchange Policy within the US
U.S. returns and exchanges:
Our policy is active for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund, exchange or store credit.
Also, any sale item is final. No returns, refunds, or exchanges.
Please return your garment within 14 days or exchange your garment within 30 days.
To be eligible to return or exchange your garment, your item must be unworn, and in the same brand new condition that you received it. No perfumes, deodorant marks and the like. Your return/exchange will be denied if the garment is in less than new condition.
To complete your return, please use the Return Portal, enter your order number (found on your confirmation email at purchase) and your email address.
Please do not attempt a return if your garment is not in its original condition, or 15 days have passed since purchase date.

Refunds and Exchanges (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, for the price paid for the garment.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded, only exchanged.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. (Total Paid - shipping = refund).
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Upon receipt and approval of your exchange, an invoice will be sent to you for the shipping costs to deliver your new item. Please send us a note with your exchange or a note from our return portal regarding how you would like your new item(s) shipped, ie. USPS, Priority, UPS, First Class International. When that invoice is paid your item(s) will be shipped.
